It's Been Long Enough
It has been three years since the last time I went on the March for Life, and I hope that I never have to go again.
I pray that I will never again have the opportunity to drive out to D.C. and spend the day with upwards of 600,000 marching the streets in a peaceful protest of abortion.
After this year, I don't want to see another Facebook status about getting on a bus to go to the March or new hashtags to spread the message.
I don't want see anyone share any more photos of the thousands and thousands of people that the media so conveniently ignores.
Because hasn't this gone on long enough?
Next year, I hope I can participate and celebrate the Victory for Life March.
I pray that I can drive out to D.C. and stand on the streets of Washington D.C. with nearly a million people as we sing and praise God for the overturning of Roe vs. Wade.
I want to see my Facebook newsfeed flooded with #Victory4Life and excited postings about celebrating the end of too many years of legal abortion.
And maybe even the media will find that there are too many joyful people too ignore and that there are simply no trivial news stories to give attention to instead.
Because death has gone on long enough. It is time for Life.

Yes, yes it has. I saw someone with a sign that said: I can't believe we still have to protest this sh*t. I love it because it's true. HOW don't people understand what abortion really is, or how devastating it is?
